Paula - I do too! This is really unique in Clearwater - we have more Palm trees which I also love but these big oaks make it so cool and comfortable year long.

Susie - it is. Residents like that there's only one way in and out so it cuts down on any through traffic in Grovewood.

Cyndee; wonder why the tile roofs - we are starting to see them here which is a great thing with the threat of fires and all.

Cyndee,

I love the tree lined streets in Grovewood.  Many new home subdivisions can't offer that type of character.  Being able to walk to shopping sounds nice too.

Cyndee, Looks like a paradise!  That is one of the problems with our area, is that so many areas lack trees.  Grovewood is just the type of community that many of my buyers are looking for.

Thesa - not sure - guess it's to keep the consistency of appearance and look for the neighborhood. Not sure but it is non-negotiable.

Rita - it's very unique in this area but it does give it a cozy feel and it makes it comfortable even in the summer months.   We love it.

I know we have a "NO SOLICITING" rule posted at the entrance to my community but I honestly don't mind the little ones "who live in there" knocking on doors for stuff.  Just how strict are they?
Posted by Real Estate Specialist | Brandon, FL | Susie Roscoe (Signature Realty Associates) almost 5 years ago
Leah - it is one of Clearwater's best neighborhoods - and has been recognized as Neighborhood of the Quarter by the City of Clearwater in the past.
