Matthew - You ARE so right - this is one of the many examples of why Leah Ross is such a valuable team member - she is a true financial consultant - she attends ALL her closings and gives incredible customer service and the last 2 families she helped this month actually got money BACK at closing - she works as hard for the home buyers as we do - which makes us a GREAT team. We actually do the Celebration together - now that's how I believe mortgage and real estate professionals should work together.

I LOVE this idea - what a great way to celebrate a big event in your client's life. I loved in the video where you gave her something with butterflies on it because she had mentioned it before to you. It shows how closely you were listening to your client.
