Katrina - As you know - our goal is for each client to have the best experience with the quickest, best outcome - we're hoping to see them on video soon :-)

Irina - if you ever get a chance to come this way - please let me know - I'd love to show off my hometown! It's a great place to live - of course I think it's the BEST place to live but I'm a little partial! :-)  

Thesa - it is a very unique subdivision that has beautiful homes but what's the same is all the mature oak trees and feeling of getting away from it all.

Chris - I think that's what attracts many home owners to Castle Woods - they can feel like they're away from it all on lots similar to ones you find outside Atlanta or more north.

One of the challenges I hear from families relocating to Clearwater is, "Where's the yard?" - This home has a really large screened pool area and spa plus a large backyard - all I can say is that's rare here - especially at this price.

Tom, we believe so as well - We are seeing lots of families that relocated to Tampa | Clearwater | Saint Petersburg to start the school year here but are still in corporate housing looking for the perfect Florida home. This one will make a great home for someone very soon.

Beautiful Pool home in Clearwater!  It offers tree lined streets, room for everyone, an oversized screened pool, and only minutes from Clearwater Beach.  WOW!  The show puts this package all together.  EXCELLENT JOB!  Your sellers will be thrilled to see how far you go to advertise their home.

Susie - thanks for your kind words - it's easy to make a show about a home like this - what's not to like? The neutral colors throughout and the open spacious floor plan with lots of doors onto the pool area - 2 sets of wooden French Doors, 2 sliding glass door and 2 regular doors say "Come on outside and relax"
