About Clearwater Florida - Our Home Town
Jack and I love living in Clearwater Florida. Some of us are lucky enough to have it be our home and others find it's a great place to visit and better yet, own a vacation home or condo here!
Clearwater Florida is a dynamic city located in the middle of Pinellas County. Clearwater is also the county seat for Pinellas County and is the smallest of the 3 cities that make up what is often referred to as the Tampa Bay area which encompasses Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa (and all the smaller cities in Hillsborough and Pinellas County).
It has a population of around 100,000 and has a variety of great options in homes and condos in all price ranges from $100,000 to multi-million dollar luxury estates - many of which are on our beaches or open waters.
You can live on our inter-coastal, on golf courses, in a neighborhood with state-of-the-art recreation centers or have the white sand of the Gulf of Mexico at your back door - what's your pleasure?

Thesa - you bring up such a great point - we have something for almost everyone here. We have 2/2 condos for $100,000 to Ocean front luxury beach retreats for $7,000,000 - but the quality of life is fabulous for everyone.
Leah it really depends on the buyer - some want single family homes and rental management or property managers take care of everything when they're not here or you can buy a condo and have it taken care of too - it really is all about personal choice.

Cyndee, Clearwater Florida sounds like it would be an exciting place to live and call home (or at least to visit for a weekend vacation) EXCEPT when an angry hurricane is breathing down your neck like it does sometimes down there! :-)
